As the first step, those member universities that would like to nominate students for the scholarship should submit a declaration letter with the signature of the President of the applicant member university to the Secretariat by the deadline on 31 March 2021. (please use Appendix 1_Declaration letter_template for your submission)
“Nomination form” and “Motivation statement form” will be sent to those member universities that submit declaration letter.
