The International Association of Maritime Universities is pleased to announce the implementation of the “NF-IAMU GMP Fellowship Programmes” to support faculty members, seafarers, maritime professionals and students at member universities.
Member universities are now invited to apply for the Programmes. Please find the attached documents and follow the procedure indicated in the documents.
As the first step, those member universities that would like to nominate a faculty member and/or student for the Fellowship should submit a declaration letter with the signature of the President or official representative of the applicant member university to the Secretariat by the deadline on 31 March 2024. (please use Appendix 2_Declaration Letter template for your submission).
Please note that eligibility to apply for the Faculty Fellowship was changed.
The fellowship is now available for individuals (faculty, seafarers or professionals working in the industry) who have the ambition to educate future GMPs.
Please disseminate this information to your graduates, alumni association, shipping companies, maritime related organizations if appropriate.
The webinar will be held to explain the fellowship in detail.
