The Nippon Foundation has appointed Takeju Ogata as the Foundation’s Chairman effective June 20, 2025. Mr. Ogata previously served as the Foundation’s President, and will replace Yohei Sasakawa, who will assume the position of Honorary Chair.
In association with the change in the Chairman of the Nippon Foundation, Mr Ogata takes the position of Honorary Chair of the IAMU, effective June 20, 2025.
