Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) is inviting applications for a Maritime Education Expert to join the NEXTSEAS (Next Era Xceptional Technology for Shipbuilding and Education in Americas’ Seas) project, an international initiative supporting the development of a skilled U.S. shipbuilding workforce.

Led by MMA, NEXTSEAS brings together Bollinger Shipyards and Finnish partners Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK), WinNova, and Rauma Marine Constructions. The project connects maritime education and industry through international collaboration, training development, and the exchange of expertise.

This opportunity may be of particular interest to professionals within the IAMU network who wish to contribute to maritime education and shipbuilding workforce development.
