The extraordinary IEB meeting was held on 5 July to decide the organization of AGA 21.
The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, the host university, proposed to organize AGA21 in a “Hybrid” style and it was accepted by the IEB.
“Hybrid” means a combination of physical and virtual events.
