On 7 June 2024, Assistant Professor Srđan Vujičić gave a lecture to the Scientific Council for Maritime Affairs of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts under the title Global Maritime Professional – Body of Knowledge of the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU Global Maritime Professional – Body of Knowledge), as he is a member of the working group for the preparation of the revised edition of the Body of knowledge. He presented the historical context of the Body of knowledge, the mission and the aim of such a publication, with which the IAMU aims to train experts in the maritime sector at the universities that are members of the association, who should acquire the same knowledge and skills all over the world.
