The IAMU working group on Simulator Training (WG on SIM) has developed a Best Practice in Maritime Simulation Exercise Pedagogy.
By sharing knowledge and experience among simulator instructors, we could help colleagues around the world.
This document is developed in cooperation with simulator instructors from several IAMU member institutions and could be used as a guideline for simulator instructors to improve their work.
The intension is to updated the document annually in connection with the Simulator Instructors’ Camp organized by WG SIM.
