WMU is seeking to recruit a full-time Researcher with a PhD with expertise given in Section 4 of this advert in the framework of ITF Transport 2040 research project (https://www.wmu.se/research/future- of-work) addressing technology roadmap and future maritime competencies and skills.
The successful candidate is expected to develop research in the field of technology skills foresight and labour market related issues. The results of the research are expected to be included in technical reports and various communications. The candidate is expected to liaise and maintain relationships with leading international stakeholders as part of the project. The successful applicant will work under the overall supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), as well as the Director of Maritime Research.
