As the first step, those member universities that would like to a nominate faculty member and/or student for the Fellowship should submit a declaration letter with the signature of the President or official representative of the applicant member university to the Secretariat by the deadline on 31 March 2023. (please use Appendix 1_Declaration letter_template for your submission)
