30 September-07 October 2023 IAMU-SAIMI Working Group visit was conducted to South African maritime universities: Durban University of Technology, Nelson Mandela University, Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
The aim of the visit was to provide peer-assisted evaluation and academic advice based on the MoU signed between IAMU and SAIMI.
The evaluation was made in cooperation with PAES working group. Based
Working group members are Teona Dzneladze (Batumi State Maritime Academy), Damir Zec (University of Riekka), and Rom Rabe ( Wismar University).
Based on the results of the evaluation the detailed report and plan for future activities will be presented.
